Hi, my name is Paul Jeszenszky.

I'm a passionate growth marketer with over 17 years experience, focused on tech companies and startups. When I'm not tied up at work, I love rock climbing, wine tasting, cooking, walking my dogs and of course finding adventure (mostly via traveling).

I currently am the Director of Performance Marketing on Airbnb's Growth team. I  previously led the global B2B online marketing team at Google; was CMO for late stage financial-technology company OANDA; and led the innovation team for eBay’s online marketing group;.

I also hold advisory board and consulting positions for a range of companies. Once and awhile I get the opportunity to speak at events as well.
